AJF Meeting 14/2/09: Members Presentation

We had a very successful February meeting where we heard from three of our members telling us how their foundations would be managing in this time of economic meltdown. What would they change, if anything? It was very informative and as always there is so much to learn and we learn best by sharing our practice. Thank you to those members that presented and to all who attended to make the meeting so worthwhile. We always learn from each other. This year we are having our meetings at lunchtime responding to our members needs. Sharing a meal and discussing the intricices of these very important issues works well.

Elena first gave some background on the Myer family, its philanthropy and structure and then on to the G4, the fourth generation of the family and how the family passed on their skills from one generation to the next.
